Geeta is an accomplished business leader with over three decades of experience with notable organisations like American Express, Nium, Colliers Jardine and The Taj Group of Hotels.

An expert Sales, Account Management and Customer Success leader across financial services, telecom and hospitality, she has worked in Singapore and India in various leadership roles. She left her Executive role as Regional Vice President, Customer Success in a fintech company to begin her journey as an entrepreneur/ founder and more recently as a mentor and talent readiness coach.
Geeta started Winning Frameworks as an advisory and consulting company that connects people and powers growth across industry agnostic businesses in the areas of strategic consultation, business growth, talent development and investor search.

An avid theatre practitioner for over 12 years, Geeta enriches her training programs incorporating the principles of theatre, powering teams in storytelling, teamwork, active listening, improv, collaboration, eliminating blockages, critical thinking and developing leaders.​

She balances her professional and creative interests so well that in her own words - "I've never felt Monday blues. It is always a super charged Monday after a super creative weekend. I guess that is the secret of my energy."
